"Green card" to Canada

According to the agreement reached with Canada, Quebec is solely responsible for selecting immigrants who want to settle on its territory to work. The candidates selected by Quebec Immigration Office or the Board of selecting candidates for professional immigration, which are responsible for a specific country. The government of Canada provides permanent residence visa, if the immigrants comply with the requirements for health and safety.

Candidates for professional immigration are selected based on their education, experience, age, knowledge of French and ability to adapt to social and economic conditions in Quebec. The candidate’s professional skills must be in line with the current Quebec labour market employment opportunities or show a high adaptation or professional mobility potential.
