Visa Support

What is visa?

Ukrainian citizens require a visa to enter the United Kingdom. A single-entry visa allows travel to theUK only once within the period of the visa’s validity. That is, once you travel to the UK and then leave the country, you may not reenter again on that same visa. A multiple-entry visa allows travel to the UK several times within the period of the visa’s validity. At the point of entry to the UK an immigration officer will indicate how long the visa holder is permitted to stay in the country.

 
We provide the following services:

  2. Registration for the documents submission.
  3. Registration at the conferences, held in the USA.
  4. Organizaton of business meetings with US partners.

 

 Documents necessary for visa to the UK:
1. Valid passport.
2. One color photograph (including the children who are in the passport and travel with you) without ovals over, no hats, for the last 6 months (without the white frame size photo should be strictly 45 to 35 mm). Provided photo should not be identical with passport. Background images strictly white. Scanned photos are not accepted. Photo must be printed on glossy paper tight!

3. Employment certificate of discharge date and the original number of the on official company letterhead, with original seal, with signature management of the organization and the date of commencement of work in this organization, revenue per month (preferably at least 1000 USD per month) and working phone. It is advisable to specify that leave is given paid leave while preserving jobs.

5. Photocopies of documents about the property, issued in the name of tourist (the apartment, car, cottage, shares, etc.), if any, if any account at a bank statement from bank accounts and the availability of their size or photocopies of credit cards with the addition of a check balance from the ATM. It is desirable to show the movement of funds to your accounts.

The above listed documents are needed to confirm that during the trip you will be able to pay the costs of food and accommodation at the appropriate level for themselves and their dependents without having to work in the UK and without recourse to public funds.

6. For students and schoolchildren: a letter from an educational institution that is a tourist pupil / student, the dates of the statements, school phone, class / course and required the signature of the dean or principal or their deputies. It is also desirable to provide student card or the main page record book.

7. For children under 18 years pay round which parents, if your trip without parents: to provide the sponsorship letter from the parents pay for travel, income per month for each parent on the forms of organizations, where the parents, stamped and signed by the leadership of organizations indicating the position of parents, date of admission on their work and their income per month, at least one parent or official letter from the organization that pays the tour. It also provided copies of documents on availability of funds in the sponsor, such as bank account statements and copies of property, issued in the name of the sponsor.

8. For children under 18, leaving a single parent or with another person: copy of a notarized power of attorney from the other parent in the Ukrainian language in the name of the first parent (or other maintainer who takes part in the round, or team leader) , issued (i) the UK, indicating the timing of the trip (Note - the original power of attorney to be sure to have with them for presentation at the airport).

Since 23.04.2007 all supporting documents must be translated into English (in free form without notarization).

In case of visa refusal British Embassy consular fee is not refundable.

Extras:

If you're going to visit relatives or friends who live in the UK, you will need:

Letter from the party that invites indicating the degree of kinship and the purpose of the visit, copies of the first page of their passports. We do not provide copies of letters from the party that invites.

If the host sponsor of your trip, that takes the cost of your meals and accommodation in the UK and / or pay all costs of your trip, you should submit:

Documents on the availability of funds in the sponsor, for example, bank statement or personal credit information to confirm that he / she is able to pay the costs of receiving their guests.

If at the time of submission to the Consular Section British Embassy in the UK you are relatives or friends, you must provide a photocopy of the first page of their passports and valid visas to stay in the UK.
